Return Policy Posted: June 14, 2025 Effective: June 14, 2025 At Calibration Spceialty, we are committed to providing high-quality calibration services and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or service, you may be eligible for a return under the following policy. Return Period Customers may request a return or exchange within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery or service completion. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The equipment is unused or in the same condition as received, with original packaging and documentation.
  • Calibration services were performed incorrectly or failed to meet the stated specifications.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued by our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Equipment that has been damaged, modified, or used in a way that voids the warranty.
  • Custom or special-order equipment.
  • Calibration services that were correctly performed per documented requirements.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at (972) 438-3774 to initiate a return and receive an RMA number.
  2. Package the item securely, including all original documentation and the RMA number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the returned item is received.
